Instructions for Viewing Microscan Presentations
Windows Streaming Media 
Windows Media (WM) is a leading digital media platform. Microscan uses this technology to deliver world-class streaming media content to our users. First, make sure you have the latest version of the Windows Media Player. Second, click the "Play presentation" link next to the training you wish to view. The file will start playing within seconds of the window launching. You can use the links in the table of contents to advance or review the slides. Speakers are required to listen to the audio playback.

Adobe Flash Player 
Adode Flash is the most pervasive software plug-in used on the Web. Microscan uses this technology to deliver screen shot video to train users on our products and ESP software. First, make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed on your computer. Second, click the "Play presentation" link next to the training you wish to view. The file will start playing within seconds of the window launching.

Adobe Acrobat Reader
Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Many of our presentations have been saved to PDF format for off-line viewing and printing. Training offered in this format does not contain audio. To view, simply click the PDF link next to the presentation you wish to view and the file will download into your browser window.
